MORPHÆ
Morphae is a multidisciplinary artist, drag performer and model from Brussels who participated in the second season of Drag Race Belgium. Using the concept of metamorphosis, she explores the different forms that drag can take through a dark extra-terrestrial universe. Her inspirations are biology (in particular the insects/marine creatures from which she draws inspiration for her makeup and outfits), transhumanism, her medical studies and fashion (notably Alexander McQueen). In terms of performance, lip-syncs or longer performances, she can adapt her creations to any type of music and environment (club, museum, concert hall, etc.) while always bringing her own artistic approach. After DRB, she wants to focus on the fashion world, in particular editorial photography and fashion shows (recently for Windowsen at PFW 2024) while continuing the artistic direction of her own In Vitro show and the design of audiovisual performances.
